The resort is located at the end of Ambela Beach with an unlimited view at the Aegean Sea.
It takes about 10 minutes to cover the 12km from Ermoupolis the major port of Syros to the resort.
The closest restaurant is about 50m from the Resort in Ambela Beach where in case you are not in the mood to prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Otherwise you can reach several seaside or inland restaurants in about 3 to 5 minutes by car.
Two small grocery shops are located within walking distance from the Resort and the closest Super Market is about 4 minutes by car at the centre of Posidonia Village.
When you are not swimming in Ambela Bay you can take long walks on the mountain just above the Resort.
In case you are interested in sports you can also try water ski, surfing, scuba diving or go karting, in nearby fully organised beaches.
During the night you can visit Ermoupolis which has a casino, cinema, several restaurants and bars.
The highspeed ferry boats need only around 2 and a half hours to reach Syros Island from Piraeus however you can also travel by ferry boat in 4 hours from Piraeus or airplane which takes about 45 minutes from the Athens International Airport.
In Ermoupolis, the capital of Cyclades Province, the following companies have an established offices: The Greek Telecommunications Organisation, the Greek Postal Services, The National Bank of Greece, Alpha Bank, Eurobank and the Greek Healthcare Organisation operates the central Hospital of Cyclades Islands.
Also in Ermoupolis several Automobile Rental Companies have offices where you can rent a car or a bike.
Since Syros Island is located at the Centre of Cyclades islands, daily cruises are available to the island of Mykonos, Dilos and Tinos.
